Section 1.01 Disposition versions

1.01. In this Regulation, unless the context indicates otherwise

(a)  “Order” means the Ordre des audioprothésistes du Québec;

(b)  “hearing-aid acoustician” means a person entered on the roll of the Order;

(c)  “training period” means a period of refresher training contemplated by this Regulation;

(d)  “trainee hearing-aid acoustician” means a hearing-aid acoustician who is required to serve a training period; and

(e)  “tutor” means a hearing-aid acoustician responsible for verifying whether a training period or part of a training period is in conformity with the objectives and terms and conditions determined by the board of directors and who has been entered on the roll of the Order for at least 2 years.
